He had a relationship with Ingebj\u00f8rg Nilsdatter from Bagne in about August 1800 that resulted in a daughter born May 1801 (see below).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He eventually married Ingebj\u00f8rg Hansdatter in 1817, 16 years later.  They had three children, \u00c5sa, Cecilia &amp; Ole  (see below)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Children  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1801 &#8211; <strong>Kari Larsdatter<\/strong> Bange born <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalarkivet.no\/kb20070523620679\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">22 May 1801<\/a> at Bangsn\u00f8ste, Bagne. (<a href=\"https:\/\/roots.osa-clan.net\/index.php\/family-tree\/david-osa-1920-1965\/lars-nilsen-osa-1890-1924\/nils-davidsson-osa-1841-1910\/kari-larsdatter-1801-84\/\" title=\"Kari Larsdatter (1801-84)\">see her page<\/a>) <\/li><li>1817 &#8211; \u00c5sa (1817 &#8211; 1849) &#8211; <ul><li>Married Daniel Danielsson and lived at Eide.  They had 1 child<ul><li>Daniel<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>1824 &#8211; Cecilia (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalarkivet.no\/kb20070522640472\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"Church Record (#13)\">23 Feb 1824<\/a>, Manns\u00e5ker &#8211; ?) &#8211; <ul><li>Married Hallstein Gunnarsson (1820-80).  They had the following children: <ul><li>Torbj\u00f8rg, \u00c5sa, Gunnar, Ingebj\u00f8rg, Lars &amp; Ola.  They lived at Jordal.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>1829 &#8211; Ole (1829 &#8211; 1879) &#8211; <ul><li>Married to Sigri Gunnarsdatter (1824-1914). They had the following children:<ul><li>Lars, Torbjor, Marta, Gunnar\/Gunder, Ola, Ommund<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I have not been able to find where Lars and Ingebj\u00f8rg Nilsdatter met.  Kari must have been conceived around August 1800, six months before the 1801 Census.  By the February 1801 Census she was living in Bagne with her parents.  His parents were still living in Sandvin at the time of the 1801 census but he was not living with them at this time.  There is a relationship between the families of Lars and Ingebj\u00f8rg.  Lars father, Ole, had a child with Ingebj\u00f8rg&#8217;s mother, Herborg, in 1668.  It is possible that Ingebj\u00f8rg was visiting or working at Lars&#8217; parents farm and that when she discovered she was pregnant she went back home to her parents and Lars disappeared elsewhere.  There is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalarkivet.no\/census\/person\/pf01058376002475\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"House 5, person 28\">1801 Census record for a Lars Olsson<\/a>, listed as service boy on one of the Aga farms in Ullensvang, which <strong>may<\/strong> possibly be him.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have found a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalarkivet.no\/kb20070522650081\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"Church Record (item 60)\">church record<\/a> for the death of a Lars Olsson who died 25 December 1832 at Ragde, Odda.
